Shopping Information

What's the cost of shipping?

Each Art Treasure Chest subscription box is charged $9.95 shipping. Other store items' shipping rates are based on weight by the carrier. You have the option to select your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout.

When will you ship my subscription box?

Boxes are shipped on or before the 6th of the month of the subscription.

How long will it take to arrive?

Items typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped. Due to COVID-19 causing delays, please be patient with shipping services.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we only offer products to the continental United States.  If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, contact me for shipping cost.


Payment Information

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only consumers who purchase items in the state Florida will be charged sales tax. Tax amounts are based on your shipping location and vary by county. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.

When will I be charged?
Your accounts will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout.

Orders and Subscription Management

How can I check my order status?
Go to “My Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Can I change my subscription?
Sure! Login to your account and click "Manage Subscription". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, cancel or reactivate your subscription.
Can I order custom products?
Yes! Visit our store and shop products available. Don't see something you're looking for? Contact me directly.
How do I track an order?
After your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the My Accounts links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
When will I receive my credit?
Typically, credits take 7-10 business days to post from the time we process them. Depending on your bank, it may not show on your account until your next billing statement.
